Private beachfront community located on southern tip of Hutchinson Island
You don’t have to purchase a home in an overcrowded and bustling beach town to enjoy southeast Florida. Located at the southernmost tip of Hutchinson Island on the Atlantic coast, Sailfish Point's luxury beach homes for sale offer the perfect opportunity for the homebuyer who has considered a Palm Beach home but prefers the tranquility of a private island.
Nearby Stuart, Florida, provides plenty of shopping, dining, and medical services. And if you can pull yourself away from the magnificent ocean views and sparkling sandy beaches of Sailfish Point for an afternoon, Palm Beach is approximately an hour’s drive south and offers the diversions of a large cosmopolitan area.
Convenience of the location is an important factor in choosing Sailfish Point, and the property is easily accessible by car, boat, or air. A fixed-span bridge links the mainland with Hutchinson Island just outside the gates of Sailfish Point. The Sailfish Point Marina is located at the mouth of the St. Lucie Inlet with the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway just minutes away. The West Palm Beach International Airport is less than an hour away, and the Martin County Airport/Witham Field is fewer than 20 minutes away. Sailfish Point’s private helipad can also make on-site arrival quick and easy.
