Born in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, John has been a resident of Martin County for the past 22 years. He is married, has three adult daughters and enjoys golf, travel and boating. John was previously active in the Club Managers Association of America and served as General Manager at several private clubs in the South Florida area for more than 33 years. Retired from club management, John has been involved in real estate along the Treasure Coast since 2005. His knowledge of private country clubs and luxury real estate is of significant benefit to his customers and the members of Sailfish Point as a whole. Patti Kloiber is a native Midwesterner, originally from Chicago, Illinois. Prior to her real estate career, Patti owned and operated golf courses with her husband, a PGA Golf Professional. She then joined a prestigious realty firm in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin specializing in lake and country homes. After relocating to Florida she served as President/Broker for an exclusive real estate firm at a private golf course community.

Patti has acquired the designation of Accredited Luxury Home Specialist benefitting the type of properties offered at Sailfish Point. Always providing special attention to the small details and intuitively following up on any loose ends, Patti has developed a fast-growing reputation for getting positive results for both her buyers and sellers. Raised in Newport Beach, California, and subsequently enjoying 22 years in Fairfield County, Connecticut, Karen thoroughly embraces the contrasts of paradise on the Treasure Coast. She acquired her broad range of real estate and lending experience with companies such as Merrill Lynch Realty, Coldwell Banker Relocation, ICON Capital Corp., and IBM Credit. She relocated to Florida in 2004, making Jupiter her home. Karen obtained her Florida real estate license and previously practiced with the Jupiter office of Waterfront Properties and Club Communities.

Karen very much enjoys traveling, particularly to tropical islands – St. Barts being her favorite. In her spare time, she has enhanced her real estate experience and knowledge through her own renovating and decorating projects.
